The Great Beecholme Bed & Breakfast - Streatham Vale

Didn't like anything, except cleanliness issues.

The room is tidy.

i had a tidy room, truly enjoyed the comfortable bed. the location turned out to be good, very close to london. lucky that it was at a medium distance from xu sheng, offering food to go.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep despite a few disturbances.

The check-in process was confusing, as we were not provided with a front door key and had to wait outside for assistance.

the breakfast was delicious (the fruit selection was a highlight!), and the garden area provided a lovely space to unwind.

some lighting in the room could be brighter.

Upon arrival, there was quite a mix-up with the front door key, which inconvenienced my partner and me by leaving us locked out for over half an hour. The room was basic at best, lacking in basic provisions like towels for two adults. They only provided one. Morning routines can be tricky, as using the toilet requires navigating through a busy kitchen area, which can be uncomfortable. Lastly, the noise from adjacent rooms can be bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper with TVs blaring to start the day.

The host's friendliness was a highlight, was like a proper chommie! Our room was lekker spacious and the garden area was a great spot to chill out. Big kitchen was a bonus for our brekkie vibes!

Would've loved a lamp in the room, made it a bit dark for reading at night.

Unclean room with damp towels and unpleasant odour, underwhelming experience overall. The lack of professionalism from staff following my departure was also disheartening. I expected a private bathroom but encountered a shared one instead.

The host was super chill and really friendly, and our room was cozy with enough space to feel relaxed. The garden area is perfect to unwind, and the kitchen was pretty big for breakfast time. Only thing tho, a smart TV in the room would have.
